By creating an account or using any part of the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

xposter.app is an AI-powered content creation tool that helps users draft posts, threads, replies and other content for the X (formerly Twitter) platform. The Service uses Claude AI models provided by Anthropic and is independent of X Corp.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit system. Free accounts receive 20 credits upon registration.
• Additional credits may be purchased via Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Produce spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or platform manipulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
• Violate the terms of service of X Corp or any other third party

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced by AI models. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any generated content. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input and the content generated for you. We claim no rights over your output. The Service, its design, code, and brand assets are owned by xposter.app and may not be copied or reproduced.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for publication.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xposter.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
