You are responsible for ensuring your use of this feature complies with the terms of service of any third-party platform, including X Corp (formerly Twitter). We make no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of data retrieved through this feature.
Content generated by the Service is produced by AI models. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any generated content. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You retain ownership of the content you input and the content generated for you. We claim no rights over your output. The Service, its design, code, and brand assets are owned by xposter.app and may not be copied or reproduced.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for publication.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, xposter.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of non-material updates. For material changes, we will seek your explicit agreement where required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
